Planning a wedding can be one of the most exciting yet challenging times in your life, and our goal is to make it as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Vivid Events is a full-service event and wedding planningand management business based in Athens, Greece. Our mission is to design and execute high-level, sophisticated events that are tailored to your unique style and needs. WEDDING PLANNING 

Designed for couples seeking expert assistance in every aspect of their wedding journey. We’ll support you through the entire planning process, leaving no detail untouched, allowing you to enjoy the lead-up to your wedding.

starting at €2,600 + VAT

Services

We’ll work with you to research multiple venues and identify the ideal one that reflects your preferences and suits your needs.
Including:
- Venue scouting for ceremony & reception
- Requesting and discussing quotes on your behalf
- Communicating venue policies and guidelines
- Reviewing contracts

We will assist you in building your dream team of professionals for your wedding.
Including:
- Vendor referrals based on your specific needs, style, and budget
- Vendor outreach & inquiries / Availability verification / Rate information provision / Scheduling of meetings / Bookings confirmation
- Tracking all vendor deposits
- Confirming all services with vendors prior to event day
- Coordinating and distributing the wedding day timeline to all vendors

Assistance in creating a detailed budget, establishing priorities, and effective budget management.
Including:
- Cost estimation
- Expenses breakdown
- Contingency planning
- Final budget recap

We will work closely with you to understand your vision and create a unique and cohesive wedding experience based on your style and preferences.
Including:
- Conceptualization and design of the overall look and aesthetic of the wedding / Personalized proposals for wedding theme
– decorative elements – color schemes – floral arrangements
- Comprehensive styling and décor proposal based on your style and vision / Moodboards
- Proposals for flfloral selection / Scheduling of sampling with chosen flflorist
- Placing orders on rental items (such as linens, specialized China, glassware, flatware, lighting, lounge furniture, etc.)
- Assistance with selecting wedding favors / Assembly wedding favors
- Wedding stationery & printed materials design (Including invitations, save the date, signage, programs, menus, cards, etc.)
- Custom wedding website design

Including:
- RSVP Tracking
- Assistance in accommodation bookings and guest transportation arrangements
- Seating charts development for both ceremony & reception
- Assembly and distribution of welcome gifts

Including:
- Unlimited communication via email, phone & online meetings
- Personalized checklists, timelines & reminders
- Detailed timeline for the wedding day
- Floorplan design
- Reviewing the final Banquet Event Order and Floorplan
- Assistance with marriage legal paperwork and requirements (for Destination Weddings)

Including:
- Overall management of the wedding ceremony and reception
- Setup supervision / Setting up all decorations / Oversee final setup including ceremony and
reception spaces – seating plan – table setting – florals – placements, etc.
- Coordinating reception timeline – grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, etc.
- Coordinating all vendors
- Managing wedding day timeline / Keeping track of time / Timeline adjustments if requested or needed
- Managing timing with the wedding party and family members

- Outreach & inquiries / Availability verification / Scheduling of meetings / Bookings - are all the couple’s responsibility

Designed for couples who have already found and booked their venue and are seeking assistance with the remaining planning procedures. It includes all services from the full wedding planning package except for venue selection.

Next steps

Believe we’re the right match for your needs and interested in collaboration? Once the contract is signed, a 40% deposit of the total cost is necessary to secure your date and initiate the planning process. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

• PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE DECORATION ITEMS / FAVORS & WELCOME GIFTS ITEMS / PRINTING / DOMAINE NAME & HOSTING OF WEDDING WEBSITE
• LARGER-SCALE WEDDINGS (MORE THAN 60 GUESTS) MAY REQUIRE THE PRESENCE OF ASSISTANT COORDINATORS FOR THE WEDDING DAY, AT AN ADDITIONAL COST (€124 PER ASSISTANT)
• TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION COSTS (IF APPLICABLE) ARE NOT INCLUDED
