Do you plan weddings and events exclusively in Athens?
Although we are based in Athens we plan weddings throughout Greece. We are happy to guide you and help you find your perfect wedding destination within Greece, recommending venues in Athens, elsewhere on the mainland, or on the Greek islands.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We regularly work with international couples worldwide and have extensive experience in planning destination weddings in Greece. Our process is structured to ensure seamless communication and coordination, offering full planning support to create refined and elegant celebrations from afar.
What does your planning process involve?
As soon as you feel a connection with our approach and the agreement is in place, the planning officially begins.
The process is structured in distinct phases:
- Initial direction and venue selection: Defining priorities, aesthetic direction, and budget, followed by securing the venue and date.
- Vendor selection: Sourcing and confirming key partners aligned with your style and requirements.
- Design development: Concept creation, floral styling, tablescapes, décor, and stationery.
- Planning and coordination: Timeline and floorplan development, BEO, and final confirmations.
- Execution: On-site management and delivery of the wedding day.
Do you provide partial planning or wedding day coordination only services instead of full planning?
We believe full-service wedding planning is essential, as early involvement allows us to manage every aspect of the event with consistency and attention to detail. However, we are always happy to discuss your specific requirements and prepare a tailored proposal where appropriate.
Is the initial consultation complimentary?
Yes, the initial consultation is offered on a complimentary basis. We welcome the opportunity to connect with you and discuss your wedding plans.
Do you operate on a fixed fee or a percentage-based structure?
We operate on a fixed fee structure as we believe in complete clarity from the very beginning. Our fees are determined based on the wedding location, guest count, scale, and overall complexity.
How far in advance should I begin planning?
We recommend beginning the planning process 18-12 months in advance to secure preferred venues and key vendors. However, we have successfully planned and delivered weddings within shorter timeframes when required. Keep in mind that availability for popular venues, locations and dates is typically limited well in advance.
Is it necessary for me to visit the wedding location prior to the event?
A visit is not essential. The majority of the planning process is conducted remotely, with regular communication via online meetings and emails. Should you wish to visit, we would be pleased to meet you in person and to arrange site visits, and any necessary appointments during your stay.
Do you offer wedding website design as part of your services?
Yes. Our services include the design of a custom wedding website, providing guests with all relevant information, and an integrated online RSVP system.
What is the average starting budget for a wedding in Greece?
As a general guideline, a starting budget of approximately €25-30K would apply to an intimate wedding of around 50 guests. Overall investment varies depending on the location, guest count, scale, and level of luxury and décor scope. Keep in mind that destinations such as the Athenian Riviera and popular islands typically require higher budgets compared to less touristic areas.
